Delivery
C’est La Vie Chocolate Bouquets delivers throughout Sydney Metro areas. Standard delivery services take place during standard business hours Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm.
Delivery Date
When selecting your preferred delivery date, please note that these are ESTIMATED only.
While we try hard to deliver your gift on the date selected, we cannot guarantee 100% it will be delivered to the preferred date. As stated, delivery dates are ESTIMATED.
Urgent Deliveries
For an urgent same day delivery please contact us at info@clvie.com.au or call us 0414659213. Orders must be put through 2 days in advance.
Weekend/ Public Holidays Delivery
We do not deliver on the weekends or public holidays unless for seasonal occasions like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. Weekend delivery will incur extra delivery charges, unless stated in our promotions.
Online orders placed on the weekend or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Peak Period Delivery
During our peak seasonal periods we cannot guarantee your order to be delivered to your preferred time. On the rare occasion delivery may be early or late.
Quality of Delivery
All our bouquets leave our premises with the highest of quality.
As our bouquets leave our premises, we trust our couriers to get them delivered in the same shape they were picked up.
In the unfortunate event that the chocolate bouquets do arrive damaged we will require a picture within the hour of delivery. We will then assess the damages and contact you immediately to discuss further.
If we come to the decision that we C’est La Vie Chocolate Bouquets are at fault, then we will either send another bouquet out. We DO NOT offer exchanges or refunds.
Weather
We can not control the weather. So should you order a bouquet in the warmer seasons, we will try our absolute best to make sure it isn’t melted once delivered. Note, bouquets that have Lindt chocolates are most prone to melt in warmer weather.
Nobody Home?
If the recipient isn’t home for delivery, we do not offer re-delivery services. Your package will be left in a safe place and a picture of delivery as proof will be sent to you. Bouquets with alcohol CAN NOT be left, and extra delivery charges will apply for a re-delivery.
We do not take responsibility if after delivery the bouquet was stolen, damaged by an animal or melted.
Incorrect Address
C’est La Vie Chocolate Bouquets will not take responsibility for providing the wrong address. Additional delivery charges will apply if you request to re-deliver to the right address.
We encourage you to male sure that the recipient is at home or at their work address once we deliver. Alternatively, you van provide us instructions to leave it with a neighbour.
Gifts with Alcohol
The sale and supply of liquor contained within C'est La Vie chocolate bouquets falls in accordance with Section 6 of the Liquor Act 2007. It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 and for a person under the age of 18 to receive or purchase alcohol. Alcohol can’t be delivered to or received by any person under the age of 18. Alcohol may only be delivered to a gift recipient under this legislation, and not delivered to the Purchaser directly. Proof of ID will be requested upon delivery.
All Gifts containing Alcohol CAN NOT be left at an unattended premises. Alternatively, under your instructions we may leave it with a neighbour who is 18. Any re-deliveries will incur further charges.
Our Products
All our chocolate bouquets come with an ingredients and expiry date sticker, unless specified on the actual chocolate.
